I’ve been coming here a long time. Went today for a fill. The young lady asked me if I wanted to keep the same length. I said no.I keep my nails short. My nail tips are square in shape. I told her that I keep the corners rounder. To my surprise I I was charged $5 extra because I didn’t want to keep the same length and apparently “I changed the shape of my nail.” YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. They lost a customer today. If I was going to charged extra for that, I should’ve been told. Bye Bye Lush
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ISN’T EVEN ENOUGH!! 💅🏼✨ I am OBSESSED with this place!! I’m seriously SO glad I found Trinity and Danny! From the second I walked in, the experience was amazing. I was greeted with a drink of my choice (which was such a nice touch 🥹💕) — thank you, Danny!! Then I barely even had to wait for Trinity — maybe 5 minutes tops! 🙌🏼 And WOW… she absolutely KILLED IT on my nails! 💅🏼🔥 She is SO detailed and takes her time with everything. Usually my favorite place to go but this last time was horrible had us waiting in the chair for an pedicure for almost an hour with no service and no communication of at least saying we’ll be right with you. I went on Sunday and gel polish looks like it wants to lift already 2-3 days after . I probably won’t be going back here it’s to expensive to not get a proper pedicure.
I had a wonderful experience at Lush Nail Lounge. My technician Ashley was wonderful! She was so detailed with her work and took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. She was very sweet and I felt so comfortable and relaxed while she did my nails. I highly recommend this salon and definitely ask for Ashley when you go there!
Went to Lush Nail Lounge to get our nails done for a wedding, love the end result, very relaxing and patient as well as friendly and professional they too their time no rushing or anything like that(we had a party of 9). Jenny and Kaylee did my and my daughter’s nails. They both did amazing and exactly what we asked for, they had princess chairs for my little girl. It was a very clean place too
