My technician was Nya and she’s wonderful. My nails are perfect. The shape, the color the times she takes. It’s a wonderful place.
I’ve had my wedding & honeymoon nails (mani & pedi) done here and absolutely loved how they’ve turned out both times! Lani & Jojo are so sweet too, highly recommend for your next self care day. Honeymoon nails: Glass/cat eye style with freestyled flowers with 3D design, cherry blossom theme Wedding nails: Pearls, 3D bow, with French classic look, theme pretty in pearl!
Terrible experience. I had an appointment for a simple gel polish change on my hands and toes, and it took nearly 2 hours. I was left sitting with removal foils for over 15 minutes while multiple walk-ins and customers who came after me were served first, finished, and left. It felt discriminatory and completely unfair. When I brought this up to the manager, Lonnie, she was rude, dismissive, and arrogant instead of addressing the issue professionally.
