Flowers arrived wilted and don't appear to be very fresh at all. Birds of paradise are dead after nearly two days! Not worth the price $150+ at all. Skip LUSH Floral.

This is a scam. They never delivered the flowers and are refusing to refund payment. I’ve contacted them several times and they’ve only responded one time saying they have “notes” that it was delivered and that they’d “check on this”. I followed up and haven’t received any other responses. No flowers, no resolution, and no refund. I do not recommend.

Naomi answered my call today on my first attempt for a Valentine's arrangement delivery nearby Lush Floral. We completed the smooth transaction and she even sent it out with her delivery driver right on the spot... Now stay tuned, I will update this review with a picture and timeframe after the delivery is completed. Thank you Naomi. Update + Photo: Delivery was perfectly timed in the same day and the Valentine's Arrangement was definitely adorable!

Ordered a large arrangement of roses and was completed within 24 hours. I chose to pick up in person since I was nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they were able to answer all of my questions. I’ll happily be a return customer.
