AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a specific floral arrangement shown online and received something completely different, significantly smaller, and entirely different in color and style. I wanted my niece to find a beautiful bouquet on her desk on the first day of her new job. As I live in another country, I ordered online. Unfortunately, I had the terrible misfortune of coming across this company. I chose the flowers and paid by credit card, but the flowers were never delivered, and my money was never refunded. I couldn’t be more disappointed. These are the pink flowers that were delivered 2.5 hours late for a quinceañera. When I told the owner we couldn’t use them because they were late and the wrong color, she refused to make it right claiming there were no notes in her records that we wanted pink. When I showed her the receipt specifying pink, she changed it up and said they are dark pink. I waited for days to hear back from her with the unused flowers on site.
