I ordered a special single rose, classicly boxed. Made an appointment for 1:00 on Saturday to be picked up in person for a show at 2:00. Arrived at 12:15, was told nobody was there. The shop was locked and the lights were out. I went back at 12:55, still nobody there. I called and was told that they were there at 12:30, but left because I was not there. Don’t expect the delivery to be at a decent hour. Called multiple times and emailed when they opened. Received a text message from someone from the company (Multiple hours after I made contact). I was then told the delivery would be between 2-3 PM. Asked for an update and it got pushed again to “before 6 PM”. Didn’t get delivered until 7:15 PM. Then the delivery was delivered via uber.

I ordered a ‘Pretty Pastels’ arrangement which would come in a vase, for a total of $92.31 with delivery. I ordered it online, and felt comfortable because of the picture provided of their work. Their inspo pic was nothing like what the recipient received. The flowers look wilted, dried up, and this is not what I would consider pastels.

I am beyond grateful for finding this last min angelic floral shop as I was lucky enough to meet Naomi, thank you so much for going out of your way for literally allowing me to wait in my car as I called and was in a hurry, she also guided me towards the parking she made sure I was aware of the beautiful flowers she was putting together for me and especially for the care she had making sure I was within the 15 min parking fee, to leave for free!
