We had a wonderful time at Lush on Government street in Victoria BC. Mohammad assisted us and he listened carefully to what our needs were. As I was with a group of friends, Mohammad sent us home with wonderful lush products. My friend got the magic crystal scrub and I got some lovely lotion.
I love this lush branch, the staff were so nice especially Brit! I was welcomed with a 3 step hand wash that left my hands very soft and smelling so nice! + a massage too!!
I had the most amazing experience at Lush thanks to HeeYoung! I came in yesterday (which was also my birthday) just looking for a bathbomb. HeeYoung was so nice and helped me find the perfect one. When she noticed it was my birthday, she went above and beyond—she told me to pick out ANY bathbomb to try , gave me a little birthday gift, and even threw in an extra bathbomb! I was absolutely overjoyed. Her kindness and generosity truly made my birthday feel special. Thank you, HeeYoung, for making my day!✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
