Was on the Downtown Victoria location and Ashlee was extremely helpful finding scents & products that I didn’t even know I was looking for. Still disappointed that Freeze body wash is discontinued as that’s my all time favourite product. Please bring it back

Store staff is so kind and welcoming! Especially Ella showing my little cousins the cool soaps and bath bombs Lush has. My cousins had so much fun and Ella was super patient and kind with them! Always wonderful going in to shop at Lush!
