Went to check out the conditioner they offered on Friday and was helped by Brianna (not sure on spelling). She was so kind and patient with answering my questions. I was able to make a choice that I am very satisfied with. It was such a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back! :)
Emily was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about so many different products, and understood exactly what I was looking for.
Lush was a safe experience where workers were amazing ... our experience used to be amazing employees would be so accommodating and really eager to help and also super kind. I am not sure what happened me and my partner shop here a lot we live less then five minutes away walking so we were regulars up until now - and whatever is going on with the new staff turn over, over the interaction left me really upset and hurt the manager of the store currently was so rude and i was in tears by the time i left.
