I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Brianna at Lush CF Eaton Centre while I was in town on a business trip. Since I don’t have a Lush store near me, I couldn’t resist stopping in — and I’m so glad I did! Brianna truly made my experience exceptional. i love lush and all its other locations i go to (queen w, sherway, sq1). all the staffs in those locations are very nice. however, had a disgusting experience today at eaton. the white lady with glasses was really rude to me. she was fully ignoring me when i tried to ask her about products, and the rest of the time she was just constantly staring me from afar as if i was gonna steal something. it made me really uncomfortable. i shouldn't be treated this way. also worth mentioning that there were two other white ladies who ca... read more
Omg the vibe and the experience I had today in the lush was so amazing and magical. Got recommend some amazing stuff and fell absolutely in LOOOOVE with the passion shower gel! Kiki and Brianna where do helpful and I loved both their vibes so much 🥺
I had the best experience at Lush today all thanks to Matthew!!! He patiently took the time to help me find my new scent (it’s honey I washed the kids, btw). I hope my family is prepared to get all lush products for Christmas this year, lol!!
