The last few times I’ve been in the Westfield Topanga mall LUSH my experiences have been really lovely and helpful. This last time Maya (or Maia) was super kind and helpful and gave rlly great recommendations. She was super attentive to my needs and even checked the back and online for the products I was requesting. She gave an awesome tutorial of products and then I overheard her do the exact same thing for the person requesting help after me and she was just as helpful and kind to them. Maya was a major help to me the other day- I came in hoping to find some of the last 'Rehab Salty' left on the shelves. This store location didn't have any in stock, but Maya went out of her way to track down the last 2 jars and reserve them for me at a nearby store. She made my entire day! Topanga is a great location with a great team- definitely my go to Lush
I had such a wonderful experience at the Lush Cosmetics, and it was entirely thanks to Dakota. From the moment she greeted me, Dakota was incredibly charismatic, friendly, and welcoming. Me and my boyfriend went to go buy his sister a present. Cynthia helped us out, she was super knowledgeable and was able to het us get something the she would enjoy. Cynthia was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure the gift would be perfect for her. She was went as far as explaining the scents notes of all the items and what kind of a smell the over all product would have.with holidays being super stressful and hard to buy gifts. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy for us.
