I had the best experience at this lush store yesterday, the customer service is beyond expectations and went out of their way to teach and showcase their products to me! I was extremely happy with the products I got and am so excited to use them! If your thinking of going to lush for the first time, this is definitely the place to visit!
Walking into Lush is like stepping into a magical Willy Wonka factory, except instead of candy, it’s soap that looks so good you have to remind yourself not to take a bite. Seriously why does that “Honey I Washed the Kids” bar look like dessert?! Their facial scrubs are basically spa days in a jar. You’ll walk out feeling like you just paid for a $300 facial, except all you did was rub some minty green magic on your face while trying not to lick it off. This is my store! I can't image life without LUSH... I love it so much! This location in particular is my favorite. The customer service is unmatched, the products are delectable, and the energy in the store is always spectacular.
I live downtown and make the drive out to downtown summerlin just for Lush products. I get their body wash and body conditioner so I don't have to apply lotion post shower. Applying lotion on wet skin is the worst and I don't have time to wait for my skin to completely dry. Especially in this Vegas heat. Employees are always so happy to see you and so helpful and not stingy with the samples. You get what you pay for.
