Honestly don’t even know where to begin I been going to lush stc for almost 2 years now and gabby has been spectacular over this time and now recently she seen that I was going through something and she was there for me and helped so much genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met and if I’m honest lush is lucky to have her. And that doesn’t take away credit from the rest of the staff they have been amazing aswell but gabby has gone above and beyond
Was there yesterday, I LOVE Lush, and was helped by THE BEST employee ive met thus far (stc & Eaton center locations are my usual) AJ, was kind, FUN, enthusiastic and super helpful! Also very knowledgeable about the fundraising to stop animal testing in Ontario. I've worked customer service for over 20 years, and AJ's was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!
Every time I visit the store, I receive amazing service. Today, I was helped by FaFa (hope I got her name right) — she is an absolute diva!!! Give her a raise!
The worker AJ was the best!!! He was insanely sweet and very very helpful. I hope he gets a raise or at least a bonus cuz he deserves it heavily! 5 star service 100%
John and Ajay are genuine angels! So helpful and lovely, they made my entire day!
