I used to love this location but lately I get quite annoyed with the staff. They make me not want to go inside. They do not leave you alone and they cannot read your annoyed face when you just want to shop alone. I know they're supposed to approach us but this location does way too much. The one on Queen W is better because they don't hound you.
Loveee this place! Cameron and Gabby were the sweetest, friendliest, most helpful workers ever! From the moment I stepped in, until I left, they were attentive, cheerful and knowledgeable about the products. Absolutely lovely ladies and they make me want to come back to shop! Also, I love the return policy - such a wonderful experience.
My sister and I had a great experience today with staff member Ajay! They were super kind, bubbly, and had an amazing inviting energy that made my day. Ajay helped us find all the products we were looking for, and made great recommendations that we either purchased or put on our wishlist to shop for in the future! OH MY GOD! the owner has to see this review. My experience was beyond amazing. The girl Lyshell ( not sure if its the right spelling) is amazing and sooooo kind!!! it was my birthday and she made our experience the best. Give that girl a raise people! She has the warmest personality ever!!!! Literally gonna be here again just to meet her 🫶🏻 Hope she sees this review too! More love to her ❤️🫶🏻
