It was my first time inside the Lush at STC so i didn't know what to expect but John was happy to help me and was extremely welcoming and friendly. Despite me not being the most social person, I immediately felt comfortable when talking to him about potential fragrances and I was happy with his recommendation ! Although I didn't talk to the other employees there at the time, they also seemed super friendly and easy to converse with. This store has a great atmosphere and I'll be shopping there again.
I love the customer service at this location, all the employees are so sweet and so fun to talk to! Amazing shop, love it there :)
By far the best lush I've ever been to, super kinda and helpful staff. Very informative and charismatic sales pitches, i went in to browse and ended up spending lots of money, i love this place, #letmecollectyourworkerstickers

What an incredible birthday experience! My daughter and her friends were filled with excitement from start to finish. Gabby and Fafu were amazing hosts who brought positive energy to the party. The staff geared the games and various elements to our theme. I would highly recommend a Lush Party!
