I had never heard about Lush before today. I just happened to be out for a walk and came across the store literally while thinking of Christmas presents for my mother and sisters. Inside I was greeted by Bri and Rhea. They were both so kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about every single product, and really made it easy for me to make decisions that were tailored to all three of my family members. My friend and I came in today and a girl working named Zoe started talking with us while we were looking around. she was super funny and kind, we kept chatting and laughing and I told her I really loved the sea salt body scrub and she recommended a different kind of scrub as well and gave both my friend and I a free sample to try at home. she made us both feel so comfortable and interested in the products without nagging us like most sales associates do. She deserves a promotion!
