This was my third time inside this Lush location and it was by far the best. I’m new to lush and I easily get overwhelmed, Mathew’s knowledge and customer service made the whole shopping experience so great. I walked in wanting one thing and walked out with four. Thank you Mathew for the service and suggestions. I’m looking forward to my next visit here!
Store itself is great. But Daisy goes above and beyond with her costumer service and knowledge on the products. Always coming back because of her. She helped me with the around the eyes lotion and it worked very well with my eye dryness and irritation.
I moved from LA to the IE a little over a year ago, and out of all the Lush locations I have visited in both areas, this one has the BEST customer service! Daisy has helped my partner, daughter, and me on multiple occasions, always going above and beyond to make our visits special. She's great at remembering our needs and favorites. Horrible experience here !. Rude Rude worker! Refuse to help me the asian with weird fingers he wasn’t wearing a name tag. He would not explain to me what the product was for he said they were busy when he was clearly on his phone doing nothing. He said we have a lot of customers. Uhhh what am I? I was going to make a Huge purchase for a party! Taking my money elsewhere! No more Lush for me. He must no like his job and it sucks for the customers.
