I usually love coming to the Newport Lush because it’s always such a friendly, welcoming spot, but my visit today was really disappointing. The shop wasn't even busy, but there was zero energy—no greetings, no offers for product demos or samples, and nobody asking if I needed help. I actually had to approach a staff member myself, and they pretty much just ignored me. Today, Joe and Maya went above and beyond to help my husband and me. They were both kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and offered excellent recommendations. Their customer service was genuinely appreciated.
