Thanks to El and the rest of the team at Lush Hornsby today. Very helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable, and when El wasn't sure on something, she said she'd find out. I did throw several questions at the staff and they all cheerfully assisted. It was very near closing time and we weren't rushed or made to feel we were an inconvenience. We'll visit again during the post Christmas sales :)
