We had a great experience. The team spent time explaining the different products to my eldest child to help them make a great choice, showing how to use each style of product. They then patiently helped the younger kids make their decisions. Thank you!
I really wanted to leave a review because my experience at the Fountain Gate Lush was genuinely such a lovely one. Madi was an absolute highlight. From the moment I walked in, her energy was so warm and uplifting, and she instantly made the space feel welcoming. The products are awful overpriced and un Australian
I visited to buy their massage/ moisturizing bar and was horrified to see Lush promoting division and anti Australian sentiment with their always will be soap. After being a Lush customer for years, I choose to support other businesses that are supportive of Australia and will no longer buy product from Lush. Small business should stay out of politics and stick to selling products. Very disappointed in their virtue signalling efforts.
Lush is a store I like but rarely purchase from, and today I had a lovely experience in the store. I was served by Darian, who was friendly and encouraging, and really knew the products and the perfect things to recommend. Thanks to him, I felt welcome in the store and ended up finding many things to get.
