She’s so helpful, always guiding me on what products to try, giving me testers, and making it easy to figure out what I’ll actually love. Honestly, she’s made coming to Lush way more enjoyable. I came in to get a sample of curl power. The emoloyee persistently wanted to ask me questions about why but i simply said i have curly hair and want to try it. She was very put off by me not wanting to do an interview about my hair with her. I shouldn't have to stand there and answer 29 questions just to try and sample. She was honestly pretty rude and kept sarcastically commenting about the "human element" and how she should be the one to curate a product for me.
