I visited Lush today and was very disappointed with the customer service. I walked into the store and was never greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. A short time later, another group walked in and they were immediately welcomed and offered help. As a customer, that difference in treatment was upsetting and made me feel overlooked. Lush staff are the friendliest in the world! I always find parking closeby in the garage and its free under 3 hours which is perfect. I usually order the same stuff so online shopping is more convenient for me but I did have a question this time so went in person and they hooked me up! Tons of choices, fresh products, nice people, convenient parking.
Stopped by with my partner while looking for a place to eat, Alexa greeted us and showed us some of her favorite products! I ended up getting the Sakura spray which is a 100/10 !! We got some great samples and Alexa even recommended places in the area to get a quick bite.
