My fiancé and I came in last week and I wanted to shoutout the employee that helped us! I sadly can’t remember his name but he was SO helpful. I actually used to work at this LUSH back when it first opened over 10 years ago and this employee took the time to ask me about what my favorite products were when I worked there and then showed me some of the newer products he thought I might like based off of that. I popped into Lush at Kenwood Towne Centre on a December weekend, hoping to find a gift for my brother's girlfriend. The staff was amazing — doing demos, offering help (without pressure), and making personalized suggestions, all with big smiles. Despite how busy the store was, all the shelves were well-stocked and organized. I ended up leaving with four gifts, thanks to their personalized suggestions and helpful service!

If you are looking to book a Lush Party at this location be aware you may need to book at LEAST 3 weeks out from your desired date. Rated low because this was not what I was told originally and caused a huge mess for a birthday party. I have no confidence in what information they share with me or their ability to follow through. Excellent customer service, the staff was very patient. The most important part was they were really nice to my children unlike the store located at the liberty center. We will definitely keep coming back to this store!
