I'm always impressed with the staff when I go into this Lush. Today I visited and the store looked spectacular and so inviting. Anna spent a long time helping me and she was an absolute dear, very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly — I had a great time talking with her today and got some delicious smelling bath bombs, bubble bars and some samples I'm excited to try! I have been shopping at Lush since 2000. I went in today to grab some soap and when I asked if it could come out to $5 they said it needs to be over that amount for them to sell it to me. Worst costumer service ever. I am waiting on the phone to report the incident now.

This is my absolute favorite lush location to visit, they had a large variety of products including hair care, perfumes, bath bombs, soap and etc. The employees are very polite and offer help and product demos as you shop.
Good service but if you want a glittery bath bomb DO NOT get ‘Sadie’. Unless you wanna be stained pink lol.
