Alec (hope I'm spelling that right) was downright phenomenal helping me pick a new fragrance. I had last been in over two years ago when "I'm Home" was discontinued and bought a whole bunch to tide me over. Well, I'm out, and it was finally time to get more. My daughter turned 5 and we decided to treat her with some new bathbombs we usually just buy the ones at Fred meyers or Whole Foods but their selection is so big and so pretty. The store is super clean and organized. My daughter had so much fun shopping here. The staff is great ! Very welcoming and kind. They answer any questions my kids had. Absolutely love this location, it’s very spacious and well stocked. All the employees are super helpful, warm and friendly! They will help you with product recommendations and how to use their products correctly! Checked all the boxes for me.
My children took a bath with these bath bombs, and they broke out in a rash within minutes! I immediately took photos and sent them to their customer support. I also told them that I prefer to communicate via email because my English is not very good, and I won’t be able to respond properly over the phone. I’ve been writing to their customer support, but they haven’t given me any meaningful response. I don’t know what to do about this rash.
