Went in there, not too sure what to buy besides re-purchasing the items I already have. Madeleine was VERY helpful. The vibe was immaculate, I could literally talk to Madeleine for hours, great personality. Felt like a sister relationship 👯♀️ very welcoming and informative. Definitely will be going back one day 🙏🏾
I walked into Lush because I was having a bad day and wanted to cheer myself up. Turns out this was a great idea because I left feeling much better! I had the most wonderful interaction with Madeline who helped me find the the right gifts for a friend, and a few items for myself. Despite not having much of an idea what I wanted to get my friend she asked great questions to help me find the right items, then wrapped them for me too! Madeleine was extremely friendly, helpful, and so kind. She helped me find a new hair product that I genuinely love, put time into making samples for me, and even when I was about to check out with a face mask she double checked with me that it was a good one for my skin type. It wasn’t what I would have liked and she showed me one that complimented my skin more. I’ve gone to lush since I was a kid with my mom and she genuinely was one of the best employees I’ve come across. Thank you sm 💙
