No matter which location we walk into, Lush is always a treat. This location was no exception. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick service and just amazing products. Always worth the trip. This last trip we received wonderful service from Madeleine. She was super helpful. I know when we go back we’ll definitely seek her out for assistance again.
Went here to buy 3 items last june 28, 2025 (saturday) and when i went to the cashier i ask for a reciept but told me they can only send through e-mail as their system is down. When i checked the reciept in my email it has 7 items in it (did not notice when i was paying because i have 2 children with me) i showed them and asked for a refund, now they can't refund because they said the customer service is offline, they got my name and they said they will notify everyone in store to help and they gave me the number of customer... read more
