I’ve always loved shopping at Lush, not just because they have great, all natural products, but because of what their company stands for; supporting and standing up for every living being: other cultures, religions, genders, etc, and of course animals. I am obsessed with this place. It’s my only real ‘treat’ for myself. The staff is always kind and helpful. Caroline was beyond sweet, helpful and patient with me as I’m so incredibly indecisive. I would honestly say working with her was the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in my entire life. Yes, that’s what I said! What a sweetheart! I hope I see her every visit! Did I mention I’m OBSESSED!!!
I had the best experience!! My sales associates Laura and Caroline was very nice and informative. They let us know the details on all the face mask and what benefits they have. I’ll be back for sure. The positive energy and good service will keep me coming back
