Pam is the best! She is so great at doing blonde highlights and takes the time to do it correctly. Her salon is so cute and such a good vibe! I would recommend her to any one!
I got lowlights and highlights done by Pam. She was super nice and we had fun chatting! The salon has a nice vibe and my hair turned out great :)
