Love to visit this store! Awesome staff! Only complaint would be parking, but it's never stopped us from stopping by.
Everyone was so helpful, especially Katy! So patient, answered all my questions, sent me home with samples which i loved, so of course came back the next day and bought everything! Thanks so much ladies! Will be back soon ♡
The girls here are so nice and helpful! I came in today and asked for advice with super dry skin (face) on of the girls sat down with me and let me sample a bunch of different things. She was super helpful. I didn't catch her name, she had glasses. But they were all nice. I love lush!

I know I'm going to spell her name wrong, but Jerrika (???) was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. As a long time customer it's hard to make yourself try new products, but she not only let me sample but was able to answer all my questions and helped me find a new skincare regimen. I can't wait to see the results! This girl goes above and beyond when it comes to knowing the product and customer service.
Thank you to the lovely Jerrica for suggesting the H'Suan-Wen-Hua hair mask. My dull, tired hair felt so smooth and silky after just one use! The split end repair was also great and the Angels on Bareskin really helped my skin from the after effects from the paraben suntan lotion I had to use. Jerrica was very nice, knowledgeable, and I loved her passion for all things Lush. We visited the Carmel store while on vacation (we're from Vancouver, BC, Canada ).
