Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable!! I described to them what I was looking for and they demonstrated a couple different options for me that would help with the skin problems I was looking to correct. This has been on more than one occasion with various employees.
The products are amazing, but the employees are even more delightful! � We had been on a day trip from Cedar Rapids, and were with our two toddlers. My 4 year old daughter was so excited to play with the bath bombs and rainbow clay! Jaymee and Kelli were so very patient with her, and it just made the visit so enjoyable. I wish I got the name of the gal who helped me last night. She was so helpful and kind. She showed me the Scrubbie and let me tell you...AMAZING! I’ve never had an issue with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you in the best way possible! I also got a free sample of the Prince without asking! Thanks for everything you all do.
I’ve been in this store a few time and the people are amazing! So helpful helping me find exactly what I need! Also they are so sweet with my kids answering the thousands of questions they have and show them how many different things work!
Jaymee greeted me when I came in. I had never been to a Lush store, but have heard several good things about their product. Anyway, Jaymee was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and what best fit MY needs and wants. She even did a demonstration of the bath bomb to see how it looked and explained what it did for your skin. She is a wonderful salesperson! Go see her!!!! Very cute store, inviting and well set up. Smelled amazing! I recommend the LUSH Sleepy Lavender lotion. Thanks Jaymee!
I came into Lush needing to find a face scrub that would work for my skin type. My skin is extremely sensitive, prone to acne and very dry. So I am extremely cautious when buying new products for my skin. I wish I would have asked the consultant her name because she was PERFECT in every way! She gave me options, provided me with the ingredients in the products and had me test all the scrubs out in several different ways until we found the correct one. I used it last night and hail jesus I am so happy. Lush never disappoints!
