Lush is my absolute favorite store. It’s my family’s “go-to” for any gifts for me, and it’s my “go-to” for gift giving. With that being said, y’all need to make your store bigger. I was literally told I couldn’t enter the store on Dec 22 because I had my daughter in a stroller. I understand the store gets busy, I do get it. Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention. We are so sorry you had a poor experience! We understand the size of our store can be restrictive, especially during this busy time of year. Usually during the week of Christmas we do have to have a "bouncer" at the door watching how many people are coming in and out so that everyone has enough room to move around once you get in to our shop.
