First time shopping at Lush. Rosemary helped me and she was amazing. She recommended King of Skin, and it kind of changed my life. I can’t believe I lived this long without knowing about it. Huge thanks to Rosemary for the thoughtful recommendation and such a great first experience.
Love their product however the stores stopped holding one of the products that I love and was told to buy online so I did and when it says buy your own risk for certain things it means it because they package things horribly so that there is nothing but risk especially for the multiple ones they don't put them in bags cases they stick them in a section of the box and cover it with packing peanuts so if it's warm you lose out because it's very unlikely it will not melt and the website basically says you're out of luck if it m... read more
They’re AMAZING! Also, I heard they’re Pro-Palestine, so another reason to love and shop here especially during the holidays.
The staff was friendly but didn't try to oversell. They made it clear they were available for any questions.
My first time visiting a Lush store- my wife made me go inside with her haha I’ll say once inside I couldn’t get enough of looking over all the products offered. Everything is top quality I really like all the natural options. Aside from my wife’s shopping I ended up getting my own items too, soap and bath bombs. Gentlemen, give this shop a look you’ll find yourself something for sure! The store was very clean and inviting the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a 5 star experience here.
