My 100% go to. Even if I have to drive 2hrs, so worth it everytime. Everyone there is so incredibly kind. 05/15 is when I went around 1 or 2. Hopefully she is there again next time I go so I can catch her name.🥰🖤
Pros- was greated when I was in the store. Cons- had several items i was going to buy. Items were over $150 dollars (sure thats not a lot). Sat at the register waiting for someone for 5min. I only had a short window to buy stuff. Tried to ask for some help but I got the yes just a second. 2 associates on the floor, one applying lotion to herself the other stocking and others in the back I heard laughing which I assume they were on break. I ended up leaving everything there. I really wanted to try the shampoo.
My helpful associate at lush Bri helped me find everything I was looking for. I loved her energy and vibe. She was so kind and helpful.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the team that worked 3-30-26!!!!! I wish I remembered her name because she was AMAZING! We came in right as they opened and she had green hair, lots of tattoos and beautiful makeup! She was so engaging with my daughter (almost 2 y/o) and made up a bowl of water for her to dunk bath bombs and washed her hands with a crushed up bubble bar all without us asking to try anything!
