I stopped in the royal street store on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! Lexi helped me pick out a new moisturizer and introduced me to the Avocado co-wash bar and a leave in conditioner that she said would be great for my curly hair. It's AMAZING and I'm a total convert! Thank you lush and Lexi!

Today was my first time in Lush- such a wonderful shopping experience. Special shout out to Arden for helping me find the perfect gift!! She was so sweet, personable and knowledgeable. Very happy I stopped in- Highly recommended!
The staff here is always wonderful! I always feel welcomed coming in to the store. I was there Monday to help boost my mood after not so great medical news, and I forgot my problems! I even received a generous sample of Therapy Massage Bar, and I fell in love with it! I can’t wait to go in for the Christmas products that have come in!
My boyfriend and I got caught in a downpour about a week ago. My tiny chihuahua was with us and got positively soaked. We came into lush dripping, and my poor pup was shaking. The staff were instantly sympathetic, giving us towels and tending to my dog. They even found us an umbrella in the lost-and-found for our walk home. I will definitely be coming back. Simply amazing staff!
I've been wanting to go here for awhile now and finally stopped in. So happy I did!!! Jordon helped us. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just really went above and beyond. My fiance and myself are literally in love with these products. Tried most of the items this morning and will be back for more!!! Making the switch!!!
I had the best experience ever in your store! I was in NOLA on a girls trip and we decided to stop in to check out the store since I’ve never been to one before. Upon entering we were greeted by a very friendly staff. I then later got help from Jordan! He went above and beyond! He was knowledgeable and super helpful with helping us pick out just the right products! He honestly made me a customer for life!! Thank you Jordan for the awesome experience & making us feel at home in your town!
This Lush store is fabulous! I went in today looking for a new face cleanser and the staff was so helpful. I’m so sad I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he was so sweet and explained several different products to me to help me pick the right one for me, and even gave me a couple samples of other products. I recently moved from Baton Rouge and this was a completely different experience from the stressful Lush store in the Mall of Louisiana. I’ll definitely be making another visit to the Magazine St. location soon!
