This was probably one of the high points of our visit last weekend. The staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and fun. I wish everyone could smell my hair after using my new Avocado Co Wash & Jungle conditioner. One of the high points was when some of the customers and staff randomly burst into dance and got the whole store going! You guys are a pleasure to deal with and know that I will be back!!
My first experience at this location was the absolute best. Exceptional service and very knowledgable staff. Elle was my girl and I simply adore her. I'm very excited about my hair care products. Thanks Elle!!
I shopped at LUSH when it was on Decatur and I've been to the new store on Royal and prefer this location on Magazine Street a thousand times more because it's big. If you put more than 5 people in the Royal Street store, it's crowded. Having said that, I love LUSH and will continue to make purchases with them. I love their products and what they stand for as a company. I'm thankful they are still here in New Orleans.
Been here about a dozen times now. No matter how busy it is, no matter how crowded, the staff is helpful, efficient yet patient, and kind. The products are superb. This place is an oasis.
This store is amazing. The employees are amazing. I was telling one of the cashiers how nice I think they are and she said it's probably because we're just as excited about the products as you are. Passionate, happy employees are what make for excellent service. I will always return here!
All natural and the lip stain is fabulous. Actually everything is fab
