Definitely 5 stars for all LUSH skin care and hair products - they are AMAZING! As far as the service goes in this particular store, I would give it 4 stars for the following reasons: the store is way too small and could move to a larger location in the mall. The sales staff is nice and helpful, too, but one lady there gave me such tiny samples (about 1/5 of that small sample container!) that I could hardly sample that product at home and decide if I want to purchase a full size! I love this store. Even though the shop is tiny, everything is laid out beautifully and is exceptionally well kept, and the staff is always friendly and magnificent!
Thanks so very much for replacing a "dud" of the experimenter!! Always very helpful staff. Quite friendly to boot! Despite being one of the farther stores from my home I continually find myself at this location
