Hands down the best Lush store and staff I have ever experienced. I went into the store needing a pick me up after going through some hard times and one of the staff was SUPER nice and helpful. she sat me down and made sure I was relaxed and got what I needed. I love this lush store and will always come back! I forget her name I believe it was evelynn. but whenever I come in she goes above and beyond for the customers :)
Erin and Britanny were wonderful today. My two roommates and I visited and they were extremely social and helpful! We got excellent recommendations and fun trials to help us decide on what products we might buy and which we want to try for a few days before purchasing. Both were lovely and made our quick browse a fun and productive trip in which all of us left with bags.
Went in to buy some Curly Whirly. Asked not one, but two employees if it would be okay to use in my brightly colored hair. They both assured me that it would be fine. Get home and use it and the shampoo completely strips all of the color out of my hair. The hair color that I pay good money for has been ruined not even two weeks after getting it when it usually lasts 2-3 months. Absolutely amazing customer service! Evelyn and Gianna were so amazing and helpful, very patiently listened to my questions and gave the solutions to my hair issues as well as guiding me through the bath bombs�
