If you enjoy high pressure sales, not being allowed to browse the store and sales staff not being able to take no for an answer then this is the store for you! Love the products but I will never shop at this location again.

High pressure sales tactic toward young teens. Then had the audacity to say I was a bad parent for allowing my teenage daughter to shop there unattended. My daughter left knowing she didn't want the products and immediately asked me to return the items. Great lesson for my daughter, so we took away a positive! Terrible business model. Parents beware.
I went to Lush to see in person some products that I found on the website. The staff was super helpful and I actually ended up buying about 3x more than I was planning to buy online just because of their friendly attitude! My favorite part of the experience was that the employee asked me what I loved about my skin and she suggested a product to help accentuate my skin.
