Gabby helped me out today even though I walked in with zero plan—no pressure, just good vibes. She introduced me to a petition I ended up signing, and she explained it in a way that made me genuinely care. I also grabbed a small soap sample for my mom, and it was a nice surprise to see the QR code for the petition right on the sample bag—smart touch. If you enjoy high pressure sales, not being allowed to browse the store and sales staff not being able to take no for an answer then this is the store for you! Love the products but I will never shop at this location again.
