Excellent service!!! Love the decor. Took my mom in for a pedicure... best I've ever had. Definitely will be back!
I always have a wonderfully pleasant experience. Sometimes I think people are set on being negative and push their own lack of responsibility onto others. I have never experienced rudeness at Luscious Moi. If you have an important event you should follow up, take responsibility. Things happen that are beyond our control. If it is busy, clearly there isn't much one can do at the moment. The experience is what you make of it! Be positive, be happy.
Love the attention I get. The skills Neil has are like none other. I get a fabulous scalp massage, a great hair cut/highlight and the best humor ever! He's a lifer!
I miss Neil! He should return periodically to Chicago to perform his hairstyling antics.
