We invested In 2 properties with Lurin for a substantial amount and lost all of our investment, and we recommend DO NOT EVER invest with Lurin. In addition, they have had multiple capital calls and haven't repaid even the amount of the capital calls which they are obligated to pay from the disposal. They are terrible to their investors. Ashley has been kind enough to respond at times, however they are very generic emails. Investors are due proper communication. Shame on us also for not doing a proper due diligence.
No water going on 6 days at The Sutton in Madison , AL. Maintenence is non existent. I was never late once on my rent and this the thanks i get. I would give 0 stars if it was allowed.
Won't pay their bills.
