I made the terrible mistake of investing with this company. Today investors were sent a perfunctory email announcing the bankruptcy of the project, even after soliciting and receiving additional capital from investors. Total loss of investment. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
You guys are the scummiest and worst property managment/ownership group Ive ever had the mistake of dealing with. Shame on all of you. Thank the good lord you no longer have control of the The Delmar. I hope your whole company goes under!
We completed several jobs for this company as a new vendor, giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping to build a long-term relationship. Unfortunately, what followed was a complete lack of professionalism. Corporate does not answer calls or respond to voicemails or emails—no matter how many you send. I live at an apartment complex that this company manages in Tampa, FL. The property is legitimately completely abandoned. The company appears to have gone bankrupt. Our grass hasn’t been cut in well over a month because they can’t pay the landscapers. Same with our trash service, pool maintenance, etc. Everyone who works in the office here has quit except for one lady who is barely ever in.
