The Morgan in St pete is being sued by the city for unpaid water bills and now 50 tenants have to vacate in 7 days due to imminent risk of fire to those units resulting from a failure to maintain the property. The city notified 50 rent paying families their units will boarded up in 7 days. There is no housing here. All these people have no where to go. This company needs to be shut down and not allowed to conduct business in Florida.
I moved here prior to Lurin Property Holdings took over. I've been here since 10/2021. My husband, a Veteran took his own life in our home. Just couldn't live there anymore. His service to our country has made it possible to have a decent income. The community was great, beautiful landscaping, 3 pools, fitness center, nice and clean. Then the Property was sold.
