We've been going here for years and have been very happy. Dr. Lieberman is fantastic, thorough and knowledgeable. We always get quick responses if we have any questions or concerns when communicating through mychart. Front staff is very helpful in getting our appointments scheduled.
I scheduled appts for both of my children a couple months in advance to get their appts done in the same timeframe, the same day as that makes sense. This location gave my appt away after confirming on the phone with me that my appts still stood and didn’t even notify me that they had canceled my first child’s appt. Then tried giving me other inconvenient times the same day for my other child like they were doing me a favor and I would have had to go back and forth. Don’t even bother. We have been going here for over 10 yrs. It’s impossible to get a sick appt let alone a regular appt. Why even have a pediatrician if you have to use urgent care when you need a doctor?
Great staff if you can ever get a hold of anyone . Get used to going to urgent care for any time your child needs a sick apt. This office asks you to call at 8am and after being on hold for at least 20 min they tell you that they are full. This will be the norm, it will drive you crazy at the time you need them most. Been here for 6 years and I've had enough... looking for a new pediatrician.
