I used to love this practice. (Until December 2024) Now every time I ask a question I get a condescending/rude -my chart message from a nurse. My son was seen 22 times last year for various illnesses and chronic ear infections. He was even hospitalized once, and nearly hospitalized second time. Somehow during the 22 illness visits we fell behind on "wellness" visits. I'm not sure why they couldn't just measure him and weigh him at those appointments. I’ve been coming here for almost 9 years. I used to like there but they really declined on service on this past year. Took my son for a sick visit that last 10 min and they charged me for a 30 min. That resulted on my part of the bill being higher because insurance didn’t cover. I disputed the charge and they said they will resend the code to my insurance and i could pay after everything was fixed. This was January 2025. this practice is fine, but do NOT take your children here for a sick visit. I took both of my kids for a sick visit on the same day and was billed almost $900 after insurance for the visit (standard sick visit, no additional testings, etc). I've taken them to UC a few times for sick visit and it was less than $200 with my insurance. I've had a couple different doctors here and the only reason I stay is because of Dr. Polin- hes the best.
