The staff here is very sweet, and my stylist had a warm, fun personality. Unfortunately, the haircut was a different story. I showed clear photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but the result was uneven, too tight, and nothing like what I asked for. It felt like she cut what she preferred—or tried to fix a mistake by cutting more. I left looking worse than when I arrived and now need to get it corrected elsewhere.
