I’m pretty sure this will be an annual trip for us! My only suggestion is to bring so kitchen utensils for cooking and maybe a couple extra serving dishes if there are more than 2 people! So relaxing!!
One of my favorite places! Can't wait to get back again soon.
Austin & Alyssa are amazing caretakers and the Lure was Beautiful as always.
My husband and I have been staying at the Lure Resort for years. We Love It! There is no place in California that beats Downieville! Linda and Gary the owners are truly wonderful and make every guest feel like family! Give the Lure Resort a try you will not be Sorry!
We stayed in the White bear cabin it is so beautiful we enjoyed ourselves and had a beautiful Christmas there and made so many beautiful memories. Can't wait to go back :)
We had a very relaxing weekend at the Lure, Tracie and Steven were amazing hosts- we adore them! We are already planning a trip up to see them....The grounds are well kept, the river is beautiful and I can't wait to visit again!
We spent a week at The Lure, our first ever visit, this past May. We had been staying at another resort in the area the past 36 years, and the owners kept raising rates whereas the cabins and furniture continued to slide downhill in regards to quality and condition. The Lure really surprised us, as it was beautifully kept up and maintained. Everything was in great working order, and we had no problems whatsoever.
