Complete rip off!! i specifically asked for a full look and chose 120$ set of lashes and when i was done i looked the EXACT same as when i came in! it was supposed to be 80 mink individual lashes added to my existing lash and it didnt even look like 40 lashes for each eye was applied it looked like 10 lashes was applied!! I strongly recommend if you want full mink lashes without getting ripped off by these people, go to your regular nail salon and pay 25 to get a real full lash! I went to the Somerville location...I walked in...paid and walked out with the same lashes minus my eyeliner...I have NEVER been so disappointed in my life. I had the luxury of paying $103. for the privilege of looking the same. I did better when I used regular mascara on my original lashes. They had the nerve to put up a sign "gratuities greatly appreciated",,,really? they should have paid me to sit there and now I'm stuck with something I have to leave until I can have it removed. I've been getting lash extensions done for 6 years now, and this is probably the most professional and customer friendly staff. I've been very picky about lash studios and their stylists, however this one, each stylist is very meticulous and made sure I was happy. When my favorite stylist (Joi) was sick, they had the owner (Anna) do my lashes which was superb and happily made accommodations for me. I recommend this place as a lash extension veteran! �

No one answers the phone at the Montclair salon and after communicating via email and messenger with Carmela there still has not been any satisfaction.
Great place, wonderful staff, top notch service, def pros at what they do! No more droopy tired looking eyes w sparse downward light lashes for me...now I feel bright eyed, look awake, and feel beautiful with my long, dark, and curled up lashes! Def hooked and will be a regular cust there! Thank you Lure Lash, esp Anna & Carmella! Dont ever leave please!
