eclectic decor, wonderful food The funkyness of the decor of this seafood/italian upscale restaurant makes you believe you are not in the suburbs anymore. While dining the paintings on the walls and beautiful art hanging from the walls and ceiling captivate you. The food is spectacular and eclectic as well. I found that the chef will cater to special needs and prepare special dishes when asked. The mac and cheese is a must try!!! The prices are average for an upscale restaurant. However it is not very family friendly.

Very fresh seafood and intriguing sushi options. If you dont care for seafood/sushi they have also have alot of non seafood items, like filet mignon, a burger, pork tenderloin, pastas to name a few. Love it here and will be back many many times.
If you like clouds of cigarette smoke around you while you eat, then you'll love Lure Bistro. If you don't, avoid at all cost or make sure you get a table inside. However, what once was one of our favorite restaurants, enough to warrant a long drive all the way from Kent, has seriously gone wrong. Can't say enough, really, really good – Visiting mentor from Chicago and was looking for a place to eat. Found this one on city search and decided to try it. WOW. Started with the oysters and decided to order more. Then the graham cracker calimari, I can honestly say, I have never tasted anything like it. On to the main course, lobster tail. This was our 1st and last visit to Lure. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. I thought the restaurant was cozy and romantic. The place is small and with a crowd the noise levels made it seem as if we where in a downtown deli. That was the least of our worries. We pretty much sat at our table for maybe 10 minutes after we got our water. Our waiter Daniel seemed to be missing in action the entire night. This place is okay. They tried to make sushi and it was horrible. I am not sure if they changed chef. The rice is very mushy and soggy. Someone need to learn how to make good sushi rice. Perfectly cooked sushi rice is essential and fundamental foundation of a good sushi. Other menu like 3 little piggy is not bad. The pork shank needs a little seasonings. It's really a high priced place. Good Drinks..... Do I crave to go back to eat? No

Best margarita in town, food is alright – Lure Bistro has the best on-the-rocks margarita in town, hands down. Pay the extra buck for the Grand Marnier float! It is delicious! I have been several times and on some occassions I have been very pleased with the food. Others, I have been a little less than satisfied. I don't think their sushi is very good, but their soups are delicious. The entrees I have gotten are usually pretty good, but for the price, they better be! I honestly go just for the drinks!
