My family and I had an awesome time yesterday. The formations are amazing and we made great memories with the Lil ones. We also took advantage of the museum, split up for a team challenge in the maze and rope adventure. Great Time was has by all.
We enjoyed the caverns. It would of been a bit more enjoyable with a smaller group. I recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time and going through the Car & Carriage museum.
Enjoyed the caverns a lot, but the group size is way too large. The tour guide started talking before the entire group was caught up and most people were talking, kids screaming, etc so you couldn't hear much unless you were up front. Our tour guide moved very quickly and got upset if you lagged behind to look or take pictures. She was very rushed the entire time. Tour was very scripted. Just wish for the price the tour would be a little longer with less people.
The tour group size is way too large. Cannot hear the tour guide whatsoever, she went ahead & we never saw her again until the tour was over. Kids screaming, people talking, very difficult to truly appreciate this natural wonder. The tickets are expensive at $27 & I would have expected a better experience.
I loved the setting, and it had more to offer than expected.

Surreally amazing. Everyone should visit this place. But, the pictures that you took for the guests should be free.
