Absolutely awesome!!!!!! Was one of the first in the door with my family at opening, small group of about 10-12 people. Great tour wasn’t rushed. Would love a private tour next time I come down.
My husband and I visited the caverns yesterday. It was not very busy so we had a small group. Our tour guide Fiona was knowledgeable, funny, and answered all our questions. The caverns are beautiful and the staff was very pleasant, the stairs killed me a little lol but I would still do it again in a heart beat!
Tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I would have expected the group to be smaller considering the entry price. Overall it was a great trip and we will be going again.

Will never visit... simply because of the pop ups and interruptions by their ads and commercials.
It was awesome, I would say though now that I’ve seen it. I wouldn’t drive the 2.5 hours to do it again but if you haven’t it’s well worth it
We had a wonderful visit! Our group was small and the tour guide was knowledgeable and did not rush us through! Took some spectacular pictures! :)
For the price, the tours should be done in smaller groups. It was a little chaotic with everyone trying to look over the rails and take pictures. There were multiple people in our group that were touching the formations that we were expressly told not to touch. The caves are beautiful regardless. The other exhibits on grounds were pretty good too.
