We waited in a very long line to get our tickets, then waited a very long time to get in. We were in a HUGE group and couldn't hear what our tour guide was saying, although, she was very sweet and knowledgeable, from what I could hear. We could hear the other tour guide behind us shouting and several times she snapped at us to go catch up with our group, we were behind because these very rude tourists had a selfie stick and kept clogging everyone up to take selfies and record. Shannon (Snow White) was awesome. This was my first time at a cavern & she was very knowledgable about the caverns, how they were formed and informing the group of their current statud. The caverns themselves were beautiful. We were in a small group and she allowed time for photos & questions. Listening to the "organ" was wonderful. The mirror lake was fantastic. Can't tell which way is up in the photos. Would highly recommend this tour.
Never been in a cavern before!!! Absolutely stunning! On our way to hit all 58 National Parks and so far this has been a major highlight on our trip so far!!
Its just really amazing .i loved it specially my son was really enjoying everything about it.
Way overpriced and too commercial , there was a baby on the tour that kept on crying. Could not hear any of what our guide said �

The caverns were great. Plus, you get into the toy, car, and historical museums with cavern admission tickets. Great place for families. I would definitely go again.
