The beauty was amazing! The size of the group made it to where we couldn't hear a thing. Overpriced since we couldn't hear anything, still was really cool even if we couldn't hear what was being said. The guide Emma was doing great and trying to be loud. A smaller group would've been nice.
Me and my wife had a wonderful time. Also while your there make sure you do the maze!
The overall experience was really great for me and my kids. I do think the groups are too big and I was rather frustrated with the disrespect from people in the group touching the formations continuously when they were told not to.
An awesome place to go to and have fun. We had so much fun. Especially at the garden maze.
Excellent experience overall, but when purchasing tickets the clerk should've honored both my husband and my military discount instead of only one.

20 people is too large a group. We could not hear the tour guide although she tried. The cavern was big the lighting could be more dramatic
Beautiful caverns. A little pricey for an hour tour. Should see at least once in your life.
It was great! Erin was our guide and she was wonderful! We purchased the bundle and the kids loved the garden maze and the rope-climb-thingy! The car and carriage museum was very interesting!
