One of Gods greatest creations! Worth every moment you take off the Interstate. Do yourself a favor and visit this magnificent cavern. You won't be disappointed.
Took my 5year old granddaughter, price wasn't bad $27 for an adult and she was free. Tour guide was loud and clear and waited for the group to gather before speaking. After over a mile walk the 68 stairs are a killer coming back up but we survived. Pictures are a little pricey $37.17 should have 2 packages one being half of that would probably sell more photos. Toy Museum was a hit. Will visit again to do the maze. Resturant needs pizza, and chicken nuggets for kids, we left and ate else were. Over all had a very nice time e... read more

Absolutely beautiful and enjoyable for the whole family. The tour was informative and appropriate for the whole audience and she clearly knew her stuff.
Luray Caverns is great for all ages -- including kids in strollers in our tour group and my wife's almost-92-year-old-mom. The tour guide was helpful and informative, but the stars of the show are the rock formations mere thousands of years old. Take all the photos you want, and they still won't be enough.

We absolutely loved this place! We were visiting Virginia and I made it a must stop. The Caverns are enormous and so beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we learned the whole story of discovery to the formations. I would recommend this amazing place to all. Very impressive and educational. Thanks Luray!
