This company has gotten lazy over the years. The drivers and the supervisor/ management are totally unprofessional. The driver repeatedly lies about picking up. Two months ago back to back no pickup. The driver says the items were not outside in designated location for easy pickup. And the management does nothing but try to reschedule. Today was my scheduled pickup 7am to 7pm.
