English Black and Dr. Gray are both very caring and give individual attention. Usually I see English and she is so personable and cares about her patients. She is very thorough too!
first of all , it would be nice if they responded to at least one call in less than 3 months. 2ndly it would be nice if the doctors were arrogant jerks. thirdly it would be nice if i could get refills without a hasstle. it took them 4 weeks to call me back about a urgent serious life threatening problem i was having, and when they finally called me, they told me the doctor was out of town. thats the worst customer service i have ever received. my 5 year old nephew can do a better job.
Face masks impair facial expressions but everyone tried to be welcoming. Did not wait long to see Dr Gray.
they were very nice. had exspected to have place renoved, but instead did biopsy
WORST experience at a drs office ever. They just don’t care! Rude nurses, people on the phone tell you they’re going to do something (call in your meds, have papers for you at the front desk) and they don’t do it!! No respect or care for their patients. Treat you like you’re not even a person! You’re just another paycheck for them. Avoid, avoid, avoid! The things they “overlook” or don’t do are ridiculous.
