This is the second year I’ve used Lupita’s for an arrangement for my parents’ anniversary. They are very pleasant and helpful on the phone. The flowers are beautiful, and this year I opted not to have them in a vase since my parents have so many. They couldn’t believe how beautiful the presentation was, especially how elegantly the flowers were wrapped in paper. I would highly recommend them.

Bad customer service, this flower shop would be one of the best flower shops that exists if the employees were a little more knowledgeable and not so rude . I've asked them to recommend me a nice arrangement and to give me their honest opinion, their response is always tell me what you want and ill make it .we'll yeah of course I already know that .she made me a bouquet of roses and I told her to adjust it to look even in the middle and she said thats the way it is if you dont want it ill give you your money back. I absolutely love this place!!! The customer service is amazing and so lovely. I’m from California and ordered a purchase for a loved one they got it done so fast! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Lupita’s Flower Shop!
