These people are thieves they stole gold from my baby’s bracelet, do not trust them with your jewelry. I decided to trust them with my baby's bracelet that had my first name and the initial of my last name in raised (3D) gold letters. I requested to update the first name to his while keeping the last name initial exactly as it was. I would not recommend this place. Do not trust this place with your jewelry they stole gold from my Baby’s bracelet. Lost a valuable piece from my Wife’s childhood. My wife and I took our baby son’s bracelet here. Originally it had my wife’s name on it with 3D lettering. It was a nice thick bracelet. We asked to remove the 3D lettering to engrave my son’s name on it but to keep the last letter on that bracelet 3D. 3 days go by.
