I recommend EVERYTHING about Lupient Kia. I contacted Zach Laflair and spoke with him over the phone and he immediately started working on getting me into a vehicle. I called him back after the weekend, and he got me in a vehicle that same day! He also did all the hard work before I even got there so all I had to do once he got me approved was show up, pick which car I wanted and finish paperwork. He worked very hard and very fast and made it an a very pleasant and painless experience. 10/5 rating!

Everybody there is very friendly and they kept me informed of the work they were doing and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.
I had a really good experience with our sales consultant Josh Friday! I had been looking around online to lease a car and a Kia Soul seemed to be the best fit. He answered all our questions and was friendly and accomodating. They initially didn't have the color I wanted so they lent me a car until it came in (which was the next day). Josh took the time to drive out to my home to drop it off to me which was really nice. Great customer service!
