Terrible customer service and resolution to defective products!!! Purchased a new vehicle 2 years ago with add-on 3M coating for paint protection in front and on doors of vehicle. The coating has needed repairs/reapplication 5 times in the first 18 months. After the frustration and challenges of coordinating and bringing in the vehicle each time, I requested a refund 6 months ago since the product has a 10 year warranty.
