Best Shrimp Tacos in Town! We have eaten there several times and really think that the food is very good. I think that the shrimp tacos are the best in town! Service has always been good and in the summer, the kids can play in the sand before or after the meal.
Mixed experience I have eaten here a couple of times with a friend and have always enjoyed good service and food. When we took our children though they were not flexible on splitting an adult meal b/t the two little ones. Too bad.
great for a group Lupe Tortillas is a great place to eat as a group and with kids. We always sit out at one of the many tables on the deck and watch as the kids play on the playground. They have really great food to top it off! The only downside is that it can be pretty crowded at times.
Great family place, Great food! Lupe's has some of the best fajitas and 'Ritas on this side of town. They serve up great frijoles to go with your chips for starters and their queso is so good! They can be a wee bit more expensive than other Tex Mex restaurants in the area but their food is so worth it and generous portions so my husband and I can split fajitas and have enough to take home afterwards. not impressed, not even by the dirt pit I don't get it, this should be 2 stars but the page won't allow it. Everyone told us how great this would be, instead it was claustrophobic, mediocre, loud and just disappointing. I think they must employ special software to fit the maximum number of tables in this place. I went over my concerns ahead of time before I ordered and I was made promises that were not kept. The promises had to do with social distancing. When I spoke with the manager afterwards he said he understood. But he also said he couldn’t do anything about it because he was following corporate’s rules. Well it’s time corporate stepped up and followed social distancing. It’s also time for local restaurants to keep their promises. Do you want to be kept in business? Then follow the rules that everyone else does
The service was .. just not fun. Not Like at Gringos. I was in the area thought I’d give it a try ..nachos bean and cheese a sure but no .. sour cream no avocado ..and margarita was very weak. I wouldn’t recommend t it the prices were high might as well go to Escalate Mexican few feet away .and delious!!
