I went over my concerns ahead of time before I ordered and I was made promises that were not kept. The promises had to do with social distancing. When I spoke with the manager afterwards he said he understood. But he also said he couldn’t do anything about it because he was following corporate’s rules. Well it’s time corporate stepped up and followed social distancing. It’s also time for local restaurants to keep their promises. Do you want to be kept in business? Then follow the rules that everyone else does
The service was .. just not fun. Not Like at Gringos. I was in the area thought I’d give it a try ..nachos bean and cheese a sure but no .. sour cream no avocado ..and margarita was very weak. I wouldn’t recommend t it the prices were high might as well go to Escalate Mexican few feet away .and delious!!

I want to love this place so bad. It really is my favorite Mexican food. The service in my past 5-6 experiences has been so horrible that it’s just not worth the effort anymore. The servers are inattentive and the management is non-existent. So sad because they have the BEST fajitas and margaritas.

great food. prices higher. recently had a group of 15, was not helpful at all. won't be doing that again.
Best thing is anything with corn home made fresh tortillas!!! By far the best I ever had!!
DELICIOUS!! We love Lupe’s. Their food is a different take on Mexican food. It’s the best!!
