Management will allow bullying and harassment to the residence and to the workers. I have witnessed two senior workers, brag that they can do anything they want , scream at the residence for no reason , I have witnessed bedbugs, fleas ,earwigs, mould in the residence rooms . I live here. Staff are ALL great, very caring and helpful. Food is good, with lots of variety. My room has enough room for what l need to have. Lots of activities for everyone to do.
The true rating of this is actually five stars for the residents of Lundy Manor solely. I, unfortunately, was let go from my job here several months back due to budget cuts. However, I still hold the residents near and dear to my heart. My wife to be is still employed there and we've always seen the residents as our own grand parents. Today is our wedding day.
