I have not purchased a vehicle from Lundgren Motors.... with that being said my next vehicle purchase will be from Lundgren Motors. I have had the pleasure of working with Bruce and his family with the construction of the new service center and showroom. The Lundgren family and employees are a class act!
Needing bucket seats to fit the needs of my growing family with baby #4 due soon. I currently have a 2013 Explorer Limited with 53400 miles and they had 2014 Explorer xlt with bucket seats with over 70000 miles- to get me into the vehicle with bucket seats they wanted to trade and I’d have to pay an additional 2000$... makes so sense. Let me downgrade my package and gain about 20000 miles and pay 2000... you’d think they’d rather keep the Ford customer happy and help suit their needs... but instead they make this type of off... read more

There are not enough words to desceibe how impressed I was with my experience here. I went to a differnt dealership before I came to lundgrens looking to trade in my truck and had the worst customer experience ever! I then went to Lundgrens and had the complete opposite experience! I stopped by on January 2, 2018, just to see what used cars were available, as I knew I was going to have to replace the 20 year old Bonneville I owned and was going to need some serious repairs. Ron Rantala was very helpful and then we went to see Mary, to see if I could get into the 2012 Ford Escape. Things weren't looking good when I left to take my groceries home. I have had to take my vehicle back twice now for warranty work that I was promised the first time I returned that it was completed. Now I’m unable to have my children buckled up over Christmas as they did NOT complete their job. And this is part of the reason that I refuse to purchase from them.
Had to take my brand new car back at least 10 times never to be properly fixed ended up going somewhere else and trading it in for a car 3 years older and still owing a crap load of money. 2014 focus bad transmission.
I bought my Taurus from Lundgrens! Best car ever!! Brad Hejda is a wonderful sales guy. The service department is pretty awesome too! Tammy and Kyle are great at there job!!
